「こころ」プライバシーポリシー

本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「こころ」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリはTheBrainPsych（運営者：Vaibhav Dwivedi、連絡先：vd@thebrainpsych.com）が提供します。

いちばん大切な約束

  • アカウント登録は不要です。お名前、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人情報の入力を求めることはありません。
  • あなたの記録（日記・会話・お手紙）は、お使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。私たちのサーバーに保存されることはありません。
  • 広告はありません。データを第三者に販売することもありません。

AIによる返答について

本アプリのAIパートナーが返答を作るとき、あなたが入力したメッセージは、暗号化された通信（HTTPS）で私たちのサーバーを経由し、AIの提供事業者（Anthropic社またはOpenAI社）に送信されます。この送信は返答の生成のためだけに行われ、私たちのサーバーがメッセージ内容を保存することはありません。AI提供事業者における取り扱いは、各社のプライバシーポリシー（Anthropic・OpenAI）に従います。各社のAPIは、送信されたデータをAIの学習に使用しない方針を公表しています。

購入情報について

サブスクリプション「Kokoro Plus」の決済は、Apple社のApp内課金によって処理されます。私たちがあなたのクレジットカード情報やApple IDを受け取ることはありません。購入状態の確認のため、匿名のランダムな識別子がRevenueCat社のサービスで管理されます。この識別子からあなた個人を特定することはできません。

Appleでサインイン（任意）について

記録のバックアップ機能のために、任意で「Appleでサインイン」をご利用いただけます。その際に受け取る識別子は、お使いの端末の安全な領域（キーチェーン）にのみ保存されます。「メールを非公開」を選択いただけます。バックアップ機能が有効になった場合、記録は端末上で暗号化されてから送信され、私たちは暗号化されたデータを復号する鍵を持ちません（エンドツーエンド暗号化）。

アクセス解析について

本アプリは現在、行動トラッキングや広告identifierを使用していません。将来、アプリの改善のために匿名の利用統計を導入する場合は、本ポリシーを更新してお知らせします。

データの削除

記録はすべて端末内にあるため、アプリを削除するとすべてのデータが削除されます。その他のご要望は vd@thebrainpsych.com までご連絡ください。

年齢について

本アプリは12歳以上の方を対象としています。

Kokoro Privacy Policy (English)

This policy describes how the iOS app Kokoro (こころ), operated by TheBrainPsych (Vaibhav Dwivedi, vd@thebrainpsych.com), handles information.

The core promises

  • No account is required. We never ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
  • Your journal (entries, conversations, letters) is stored only on your device. It is not stored on our servers.
  • No ads. We never sell data to third parties.

AI responses

When the AI companion generates a reply, the message you wrote is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS via our server to an AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) solely to generate that reply. Our server does not store your message content. Handling by the AI providers is governed by their privacy policies (Anthropic, OpenAI); both state that API data is not used to train their models.

Purchases

The Kokoro Plus subscription is processed by Apple In-App Purchase. We never receive your payment details or Apple ID. Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat under a random, anonymous identifier that cannot identify you personally.

Sign in with Apple (optional)

You may optionally use Sign in with Apple for journal backup. The identifier we receive is stored only in your device's Keychain, and Hide My Email is supported. When backup becomes active, your journal is encrypted on your device before upload; we do not hold the decryption key (end-to-end encryption).

Analytics

The app currently uses no behavioral tracking or advertising identifiers. If anonymous usage statistics are introduced to improve the app, this policy will be updated first.

Data deletion

Because all records live on your device, deleting the app deletes all data. For anything else, contact vd@thebrainpsych.com.

Age

Kokoro is intended for users aged 12 and older.
