「こころ」利用規約

本規約は、TheBrainPsych（運営者：Vaibhav Dwivedi。以下「運営者」）が提供するiOSアプリ「こころ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
1. 本アプリについて（重要）
本アプリは、AIとの対話を通じたセルフケア（気持ちの整理・記録）のためのアプリです。医療行為、診断、治療、カウンセリング、心理療法を提供するものではありません。AIの返答は参考情報であり、専門家の助言に代わるものではありません。心やからだの不調がつづく場合は、医療機関や専門家にご相談ください。
緊急のとき：ご自身や他の方に危険がおよぶおそれがあるときは、本アプリではなく、119番、または、よりそいホットライン（0120-279-338、24時間・無料）などの相談窓口にすぐ連絡してください。
2. サブスクリプション（Kokoro Plus）
- 月額プラン：¥980／月、年額プラン：¥5,800／年（自動更新）
- 料金はApple IDアカウントに請求されます。
- 期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない場合、自動的に更新されます。解約は、購入後いつでもiOSの「設定」→Apple ID→「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
- 運営者は、更新前に通知でお知らせするよう努めます。
- 返金はAppleのポリシーに従います（Appleにご申請ください）。
- 価格を変更する場合は、事前にお知らせします。
3. 禁止事項
法令違反となる利用、本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング、AIへの不正な入力による本来の目的外の利用、その他運営者が不適切と判断する行為を禁止します。
4. 知的財産
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（キャラクター「こころ」を含む）に関する権利は運営者に帰属します。あなたが入力した記録の内容は、あなたのものです。
5. 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。運営者は、AIの返答の正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性を保証しません。法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。端末の紛失・故障・アプリの削除による記録の消失について、運営者は責任を負いかねます。
6. 規約の変更・準拠法
本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあり、重要な変更はアプリ内またはこのページでお知らせします。本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Kokoro Terms of Use (English)
These terms govern use of the iOS app Kokoro (こころ), operated by TheBrainPsych (Vaibhav Dwivedi). By using the app you agree to them.
1. What Kokoro is (important)
Kokoro is a self-care app for journaling and sorting out feelings through AI conversation. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, or psychotherapy. AI responses are informational and are not a substitute for professional advice. In an emergency, do not use this app — contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
2. Subscription (Kokoro Plus)
Monthly ¥980 or yearly ¥5,800, auto-renewing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We aim to notify you before each renewal. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
3–5. Conduct, IP, disclaimers
Unlawful use, reverse engineering, and misuse of the AI are prohibited. The app and its content (including the character Koko) belong to the operator; your journal content belongs to you. The app is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including loss of on-device data.
6. Changes & governing law
Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
